as long as it is not modified in any way. You are not allowed to bundle this program 
together with a commercial product, or in any other commercial manner.

Using this software for any reason beyond its intended purpose is prohibited. You will 
not, and will not permit others to: reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, derive 
the source code of, modify, or create derivative works from this software.  This 
software and any accompanying documentation are owned by Concept Cache LLC and 
ownership of the software shall at all times remain therein.

Upgrade Policy
Users of FlySwatter will receive all future minor and major updates of the program 
free of charge. Users may be notified via email when product updates become available.  
You may also check the Concept Cache LLC website (http://www.conceptcache.com) 
periodically for update announcements.  Updates will be made publicly available at 
the Concept Cache LLC website for electronic download.  

Liability
FlySwatter aims to be as bug-free as possible. But, as a general rule, no software 
ever is error free, and the number of errors increases with the complexity of the 
program. Hence, there is no guarantee that this software will run in every environment, 
on every compatible computer, together with any other application, without producing 
errors. Any liability for damage of any sort is hereby denied.

Please use this software with non-critical data. There is no guarantee (stated or 
otherwise implied) regarding the safety of your data. Any description of bugs will 
be accepted via email at support@conceptcache.com, but there is no guarantee a 
correction and/or update to the software will occur.
