FlySwatter is the first product built on our Particle Board development platform. It is a full featured bug and issue management system, focused on ease of use and accessibility. Customized RSS feeds facilitate access to bugs and issues that are of the highest priority for the end user. The addition of separate simplified versions for access via an iPhone or a BlackBerry, as well as updates via Twitter, ensures connectivity from virtually anywhere.

Demo System
A fully functional demo system is available @ issuetracker.info for desktop usage, and @ issuetracker.mobi for iPhone and BlackBerry users. The user name and password for the demo system are both admin. This will log you in as a system administration in order for you to receive the full FlySwatter experience.

Download/Support

FlySwatter is offered free to the community for both personal and enterprise use, which includes installation on an unlimited number of servers/domains. You can download FlySwatter @ conceptcache.com/dist/flyswatter/flyswatter_1.0.zip. Free support may be obtained by sending an email to support@conceptcache.com, however response times may vary. You may also purchase support hour blocks, which offers faster turnaround times (usually less tha one business day). Support via other means (i.e. phone, remote administration, etc.) will be charged on an hourly basis.
